Chris Prattbryce Dallas Howardj.A. Bayona is a Hollywood action and adventure film. The film stars Chris Pratt as Jack, Bryce Dallas Howard as Claire, and J. A. Bayona as the main antagonist, Richard. The film begins with Jack, a scuba diving instructor, on the dive of his career. He is surrounded by exotic fish and coral reefs, when he sees Claire, one of his clients, who just happens to be Richard's fiancée. Richard's boat is nearby and after ejecting Jack from the water and almost shooting him, Richard and his crew start shooting at Jack and Claire. They realize that Richard is not shooting at them because they are diving on Richard's property but because he is trying to kill them. In a panic Claire jumps from the boat and Richard accidentally shoots her with a harpoon gun. Jack dives in after her and pulls her to safety with him while Richard's boat crashes into the coral reef. They manage to escape with their lives but Claire is injured badly with a punctured lung from the harpoon gun shot that hit her chest cavity. Claire has a blood infection that will eventually lead to sepsis that will end her life if she does not get help soon enough. They come across a nearby resort where they find out that Richard has been hiding there since the incident. So they decide to take Claire to a hospital by helicopter but before they leave, they see Richard's boat coming towards them with Richard on it as he tries to do away with them as well as bring his fiancée back from the dead by using the same process from the film Jurassic Park for resurrecting dinosaurs from extinction.
